Postpartum can be rough

It can also be a stressful, challenging,
exhausting, and emotional roller coaster ride

Whether your baby was born in a hospital, a birthing center or in your home, the process of incorporating a new baby into your family can be one of life’s sweetest experiences. I'd love to help!

Untitled_Artwork 5_edited.jpg

I married with 4 children by being a mother I have always felt drawn to nurturing others. I came to be a Postpartum Doula and Lactation support after working as a nursing assistant in UCLA medical center and floating in different departments including pediatric.

Taking care of new babies is always my passion,

I found great joy in helping parents gain confidence taking care of their new baby.

Now, as a DONA-trained Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation support I have the education and skills to support families in the privacy at their homes.

Reviews

Rosemary saved us from the month sleep regression! She came in with a plan to help us night wean our daughter, looked after her when she had a cold and helped to sleep train her. We are forever grateful to Rosemary!

She truly loved our daughter and was so sweet with her. We will definitely with Rosemary for our future children.

Rosemary was the perfect night doula for our family. My husband was returning to work and I was still very sleep deprived when Rosemary came into our lives. As soon as she was here, she brought a sense of calm to the house. She’s extremely skilled and her experience working at UCLA really shows.

My husband learned how to properly bottle feed from her and even day bottle feeds got easier. She had no trouble navigating the specifics of our home, my breastfeeding or pumping needs, and my desire to track sleep time and milk intake.

Services I offer

Breast, Chest, Bottle Feeding

My role is to provide evidence-based guidance, nonjudgmental guidance and resources to ensure you feel empowered and informed throughout your feeding experience.

From assisting with proper latch techniques and addressing discomfort to offering emotional support during this adjustment period, I am committed to helping you and your baby thrive.

Whether you are breastfeeding, chest-feeding, or exploring alternative feeding options, I’ll be by your side to ensure that your needs—and those of your baby—are met with care and compassion.

Newborn Care

Caring for a newborn is a rewarding but often overwhelming experience as you navigate your baby’s unique needs and cues. From feeding and diaper changes to soothing and sleep schedules, this early stage is filled with moments of discovery and growth.

As a postpartum doula, I am here to provide you with hands-on guidance and personalized support, helping you build confidence in your abilities while ensuring your baby receives the best possible care.

Together, we can create a routine that works for your family, giving you peace of mind and time to bond with your little one.

Postpartum Care

Equally important is your emotional well-being. The postpartum period can bring a range of feelings, and I provide a listening ear, encouragement, and resources to help you navigate this time with confidence.

Whether you need help establishing routines, managing sleep challenges, or simply carving out time for self-care, my goal is to ease the transition into parenthood and ensure you feel cared for and understood.

Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your recovery and honors your needs.
